Timberline Daydream Returns to Mt. Hood September 6, Raising Funds for OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital

Annual end-of-summer music festival features Grateful Shred, Glitterfox, and Spencer Someday, alongside a mountain bike race and silent auction

MT. HOOD, Ore. — Timberline Lodge will host the fourth annual Timberline Daydream on September 6, 2026, a full day of live music, mountain biking, and craft beer at 6,000 feet on Mt. Hood, all in support of OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital. The event is presented by Columbia Sportswear and Sorel.

Since its inception in 2023, Timberline Daydream has raised more than $560,000 for Doernbecher, helping provide lifesaving care, research, and family support for children throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. Concert admission is free with a suggested donation benefiting Doernbecher Children's Hospital.

The day kicks off at 8 a.m. with a race in the Timberline Bike Park presented by Gresham Subaru and produced by Zone 5 Promotions. Riders have until noon to complete as many timed runs as they can on the course, with only their fastest lap counting toward final standings. Registration is $70 for adults and $35 for kids.

Live music festival begins at 1:00 p.m. in the amphitheater northwest of the historic lodge, with three acts taking the stage against a backdrop of Mt. Hood:

• 1:15 p.m. — Spencer Someday, a Seattle-based project that crafts heartfelt, guitar-driven songs rooted in storytelling and emotional grit
• 2:45 p.m. — Glitterfox, a Portland band that fuses garage rock grit, new wave shimmer, Americana soul, and dancefloor pulse into something unmistakably its own
• 4:30 p.m. — Grateful Shred, a Los Angeles-based, nationally touring band known for its Grateful Dead-inspired sound

Concert seating is first-come, first-served. Throughout the day, guests can enjoy a beer, wine, and cider garden featuring Mt. Hood Brewing Co., food from Timberline's culinary team, a silent auction featuring premium outdoor gear and vacation packages, and family-friendly activities overlooking Mt. Hood. Other Timberline restaurants will also be open during the event.

Please note that dogs, picnics, and camping are not permitted. Mountain weather can vary widely, and parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are encouraged to consider public transit via the Mt. Hood Express, which runs to Timberline from Sandy, Welches, and Government Camp.
