Community Gathers to Honor Phoenix

Her husband has been indicted by a grand jury in Clackamas County on second-degree murder, and unlawful use of a weapon with firearm charges. Missing Brightwood Woman Found Dead, Husband Charged with Murder

Her husband, Michel Fournier, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder. He is being held at the Clackamas County Jail without bail.
