Philip David Clark: 1950–2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Phillip David Clark, 74, of Welches, Oregon. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 16, 2024. Phil was born in Portland to Vernon Terry and Mae Hazel Clark on July 22, 1950. He went on to graduate from David Douglas High School in 1968. Phil became a contractor, building and remodeling homes and hotels all around the country. Phil married Linda Bolster, and they celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary this
