November 3rd Election

The election is coming right up. I would like to remind you that there are local races that don’t get a lot of attention. Often, they are down the ballot where many voters either overlook them or ignore them. There are two County Commissioner races that will be decided in this November election along with Clackamas County Sheriff and County Clerk.

I would like you to consider voting for Brad O’Neil for County Sheriff. He came up to the mountain recently and spoke to a group of us. Many of us were impressed with his background and his answers to the many questions we had for him. You can learn more about him via his web site https://www.oneilforsheriff.com

The County Clerk position is often overlooked but they are the ones who oversee elections, among the many functions that they are responsible for. Catherine McMullen has served in this capacity for the last four years and would like to continue to serve us. She also came up to the mountain to address the group and explained how they have been navigating the elections office through these challenging times.  Please consider supporting her in the upcoming election.
